The judge of the Moscow City Court, on the 6-th of August, 2007 he sentenced Alexey Pichugin to life imprisonment in a colony of special regime.

At the very beginning of the hearings of the case, on May, 16, 2006, Vladimir Shapiro demanded to make them closed. This demand was motivated by that he feared his personal security and the members of his family’s life.

Entrepreuner, the head of the Austrian company «East Petroleum Handles». He was a target in Alexey Pichugin’s case as a victim. According to the information, published in mass media, till 1994 Eugeny Rybin during twenty years had worked in the structures of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Russian Federation. In 1994 the group of Swiss investment companies invited Rybin to head the Austrian company «East Petroleum Handles», where he got a post of a manager with signatory authority on financial documents.

The former Volgograd paratrooper, he was a target in the second Alexey Pichugin’s trial as one of the accused. Before, in November, 2000, Eugeny Reshetnikov was admitted the executor of the attempts at Eugeny Rybin, the head of the Austrian company «East Petroleum Hendles» and sentenced to imprisonment. The customers of the crimes were not established then, the «Yukos» management’s participation in it was not revealed.

The former Nefteyugansk mayor, killed on the 26-th of June, 1998 – unknown killers shot Petuhov by a submachine gun when he went on foot to his work. Gennady Tsygelnik and Evgeny Reshetnikov called themselves the committers of this crime. They gave this evidence in the Moscow City court in July, 2006 within the limits of the second Alexey Pichugin’s trial

Former driver of the Tambov businessman Sergey Gorin, in organization of whose crime Alexey Pichugin was admitted guilty.

He was accused of the armed assault at the house of the businessman Kapleev, in result of which the master of the house and his wife had been wounded. This episode is not connected directly with Alexey Pichugin. However, as both in the second Pichugin’s case and in the case about assault at the Kapleevs’ house as one of the accused there appeared Gennady Tsygelnik, the hearings were united. Thus, Vladislav Levin was present in the court room over the period of all Alexey Pichugin’s trial.

Valentina Korneeva worked for a long time as a director of a shop in the group of soviet troops in Germany. After withdrawal of troops in the beginning of 1990-s Korneeva came back to Moscow where she created and became a head of a trade company «Foenix».

Is known also as Shevtsov. He was a target in the investigation of the second Alexey Pichugin’s case as one of the accused. At that moment he had already had five previous convictions for the crimes connected with drug trafficking and guns.
